Flat Brennan's Trip to Florida!!

Hello! We are very excited that Flat Brennan has come to stay with us! He arrived safely on January 13, 2009. We will take him with us as we go about our days here in Sunny south Florida.

We are a family of 4. Mom and Dad (Maureen and Anthony) a son Vincent and a daughter Hailey. Vincent is 11 and Hailey is 9. I won't say how old mom and dad are!

We have a dog- a chihuahua names Chico. We also have 2 desert tortoises, 2 parakeets, fish in our pond and 2 water turtles.

We like to watch movies, play the Wii and go to see hockey games (go Florida Panthers!!)

Brennan is enjoying his time with us. He helped Hailey do her homework and played outside with her and her friends. He enjoyed riding her rip-stick too!

Brennan went to church with us and was very quiet! He enjoyed riding in the car and waved to people as we passed.

We have been very busy this week. We did take time but to stop for ice cream at Baskin Robbins. Brennan had a peanut butter and chocolate ice cream cone! YUM!!

Brennan has a good time exploring our backyard. He stopped in to see Charlie one of our tortoises while he was eating lunch, Romaine Lettuce!

We enjoyed having Brennan spend the week with us. He seemed to enjoy it too! Thank you for letting us share this experience with you!

Flat B's First Stop.........Lake Worth, Florida!!

Let's hope Flat Brennan is enjoying some sunshine as the rest of his family freezes up here in New Jersey. He arrived to his first host family this past Tuesday. So far, he's travelled 1,223 miles. Not bad for the first part of his adventure. Here's the note we received!

We wanted to tell you that Flat Brennan arrived on Tuesday in Lake Worth, FL. We are very excited that he is here and will take good care of him!

The Journey is About to Start!!!

Rules of taking care of our flat guy........

When you receive Flat Brennan, please email us to let us know that he has arrived. And email us again when you've shipped him off. Please help us to keep him from being dollnapped!

Keep him for one week and write a daily journal of events and how you spent your time with him. Take lots of pictures too or draw some! Email or snail mail us the pages and photos for our scrapbook and to share online.

After your week, tuck Flat Brennan back inside a business size envelope along with his host letter, instruction sheet and sender's list, then mail him to the next host family.

Flat Brennan will start his journey on January 8th, 2009. His first stop will be to Lake Worth, Florida!!
